Conocer las herramientas legales, las exenciones fiscales en veh\u00edculos y los recursos de transporte p\u00fablico adaptado es un derecho fundamental que facilita enormemente el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>1. La Tarjeta de Estacionamiento para Personas con Movilidad Reducida (PMR)<\/h2>\n<p>Es el documento oficial expedido por los ayuntamientos que permite aparcar en las plazas reservadas y disfrutar de ventajas de estacionamiento en toda Espa\u00f1a y la Uni\u00f3n Europea:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"mc-grid-steps\">\n  <div class=\"mc-step-card\">\n    <h3>Requisitos generales<\/h3>\n    <p>Tener reconocido un grado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33% con baremo de movilidad reducida positivo, o presentar una agudeza visual reducida severa.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"mc-step-card\">\n    <h3>C\u00f3mo solicitarla<\/h3>\n    <p>Se tramita directamente en el \u00e1rea de movilidad del ayuntamiento de tu municipio aportando el certificado de discapacidad, informe m\u00e9dico y fotograf\u00edas recientes.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2>2. Ventajas fiscales en la compra y mantenimiento de veh\u00edculos<\/h2>\n<p>Las personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida pueden beneficiarse de importantes ahorros econ\u00f3micos al adquirir y utilizar un veh\u00edculo adaptado:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Exenci\u00f3n del Impuesto de Matriculaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Ahorro total del gravamen al matricular un veh\u00edculo nuevo destinado al uso habitual de personas con movilidad reducida.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Exenci\u00f3n del Impuesto de Circulaci\u00f3n (IVTM):<\/strong> Bonificaci\u00f3n o exenci\u00f3n completa anual en el impuesto municipal de veh\u00edculos de tracci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Ayudas para el carn\u00e9 y adaptaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Subvenciones auton\u00f3micas para la obtenci\u00f3n de permisos de conducci\u00f3n especiales o la adaptaci\u00f3n de los mandos del autom\u00f3vil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3.
